Learning a new language is hard work. It takes a lot of time and practice. I made this website to help you. I want to help you practice your English. I also want to share about the love of God.

Why I Started This Website

I love the Bible. I also love the English language. I want to help you learn both at the same time! On this website, I write easy lessons. I use simple words and short sentences. This helps you understand what you read.

I talk a lot about joy and peace. Life can be difficult sometimes. I want to help you find joy while you learn. I hope my lessons make you feel happy and encouraged!

I am the person who writes everything on Joyful Moments ESL. I love to think about the Bible. I also love to teach. When I am not writing, I have many hobbies. I like to go swimming. I enjoy cooking food. I also like to crochet, travel, and write stories. I also write a Christian blog for native English speakers: Joyful Moments in Christ.

What I Believe

I believe the Bible is a special book from God. It is the Word of God. It teaches us how to live. It also teaches us about who God is.

I believe there is only one God. He is the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. God loves all people. He wants us to be kind to each other. He wants us to live in peace.

The ERV Bible

On this website, I use a very easy Bible. It is called the Easy-To-Read Version (ERV). This Bible uses simple English. It is very good for people who are still learning the language.

Yes, God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him would not be lost but have eternal life.

The GNT Bible

On this website, I also use the Good News Translation (GNT). This Bible uses simple, natural English. The English in the GNT is a little more advanced than the ERV. I use both the ERV and the GNT for my Bible studies on the Gospel of Luke.
