Life is full of decisions, both large and small. Every choice brings its own weight. It is easy to feel worried when we manage a home, make money choices, or do daily work. But God is very kind. He does not leave us alone to figure things out. He gives wisdom to people who ask. He gives strength to people who trust him. This prayer helps us turn to the Lord in the middle of our daily work. She looks at land and buys it. She uses the money she has earned and plants a vineyard. She works very hard. She is strong and able to do all her work.” – Proverbs 31:16-17 (ERV)

Dear Father,

You give wisdom and strength to your people. You hold all things together with your power, and you see everything. The earth and everything in it belongs to you. In your kindness, you give us jobs, choices, and things to care for. These choices change our lives and the lives of people around us. I praise you for your power and for the way you care about our daily work.

Lord, I confess that I often feel worried by hard choices, especially when I think about money, work, and caring for others. My heart worries instead of trusting you. I make choices based on fear instead of asking for your wisdom. Please forgive me for trusting my own mind instead of trusting you with all my heart. Forgive me for ignoring my work or running away when you called me to be brave and strong.

Thank you, Father, for the skills, money, and work options you give me. Thank you for giving me a mind to think, plan, and work. I am thankful for the people in my home, workplace, and town. Thank you for inviting us to work with you to make good things that last.

Proverbs 31:16-17 says, “She looks at land and buys it. She uses the money she has earned and plants a vineyard. She works very hard. She is strong and able to do all her work.”

I ask for wisdom, Lord. Give me good thoughts when I make choices about money, whether big or small. Help me take care of everything you give me in a way that honors you and helps other people. Give strength to my body and mind so I can work with good energy. Make my hands strong for my daily tasks. Help my heart stay strong during hard times. Do not let me get discouraged or distracted easily.

Give me courage to care for my work at home, at my job, and with other people. Help me think carefully about my choices, act with courage, and trust you with the results. Teach me to be strong with your grace.

In Jesus Name I Pray. Amen.
